That's not validation seeking.

That is you feeling a lack of being granted your human dignity; you feeling  like you are not being treated with basic mutual respect; you believing others not understanding the importance of gratitude for the people around them; of you understanding that for them, too.

These are all of the things that lead to so-called "burnout."

Can you just imagine living that life you have always wanted NOT dealing with this kind of nonsense? Finally:

  • feeling BACK IN CONTROL of your OWN emotional life
  • becoming responsive rather than reactive
