Welcome to Charlie Hornes Coaching Studio. By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantees

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our courses, coaching, and digital products. That’s why we offer a tiered money-back guarantee depending on the product type and duration. The following policies apply:

1. One-Time Events & Masterclasses (Under One Week)

For any single-session or one-time masterclass events, we offer a 7-day 100% money-back guarantee.

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven’t accessed more than the first module/session or consumed the majority of the content.No refunds will be granted once the masterclass has been fully accessed or consumed.

 

2. 4-Session Coaching Bundle (Under One Month) 

For any 4-session coaching bundles or products with a duration of less than one month, we offer a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee.

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if fewer than two sessions have been consumed.
  • No refunds will be granted once two or more coaching sessions have been delivered or scheduled.

3. Programs & Courses (Over One Month) 

For any programs or courses lasting longer than one month, we offer a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee.

  • If the product is a dripped course or includes weekly sessions, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than the first module or attended the first session.
  • Once you access more than one module or consume more than one session, no refunds will be granted for that course or program.

Special Flash Sale Conditions

All flash sale purchases made during this period fall under the same guarantee timeframes listed above. However, flash sale purchases are final beyond the applicable refund period based on the specific product or service tier you select.

If a product is being wait-listed or dripped, you may still request a refund within the above timeframes provided you have not consumed more than the allowed content.

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the full amount listed on the checkout page for the chosen product or service.
  • Payment plans, if applicable, are clearly stated at checkout. By opting into a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments in full, even if you discontinue the product or service before the full payment is made. No partial refunds will be issued for payment plans after the refund period has expired.
  • If you are unable to complete your payment plan for any reason, please contact our support team immediately to discuss options.

Coaching Sessions & Scheduling

For clients purchasing one-on-one coaching or group coaching sessions, please note:

  • All coaching sessions must be scheduled within the timeframe of the course or coaching package.
  • Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded unless canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Coaching sessions must be completed within the timeframe of the program (e.g., 12 weeks for a 12-week package). No extensions will be granted without prior written approval.
  • For Memberships and Payment Plans, a $100 Fee will be charged for initial set up.

Course Access

  • Course access is provided through our Kajabi platform, and you will receive login details immediately upon purchase.

  • Access to any bonus content, challenges, or workbooks will be provided as described in the specific product details.

  • Any live Q&A sessions or group coaching included in the course must be attended as scheduled. No recordings or makeup sessions will be provided if you miss a live session unless specified.

  • All recordings of group or individual live sessions will be disclosed. Private sessions will have the option to record or not depending on their extended access preferences.

Intellectual Property

All content provided in our courses, masterclasses, coaching sessions, and digital products remains the intellectual property of Charlie Hornes Coaching Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the material for your personal development only. You may not:

  • Distribute, copy, or share course materials with any third party.
  • Use the materials for commercial purposes, training others, or any other professional endeavor without express written permission.

Disclaimers

  • Our programs and coaching services are designed to provide tools for personal development and mindset shifts. However, individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

The information provided in our courses, masterclasses, and coaching sessions should not be construed as medical, financial, or legal advice.

Life coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health care or therapy.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Not a Replacement for Licensed Mental Health Support
    • Life coaching is not a replacement for professional care from a licensed clinical mental health professional (e.g., psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, or therapists). You are responsible for continuing any treatment plans, recommendations, or prescribed courses of action given to you by your licensed mental health provider.
  • Responsibility to Seek Appropriate Care
    • You agree to seek or continue the support of licensed, clinical mental health providers for any ongoing mental health concerns. If your challenges exceed the scope of life coaching, or if mental health issues arise that require clinical attention, you will seek the care of an appropriate licensed professional.
  • Emergencies and Life-Threatening Situations
    • In the event of any emergency or life-threatening situation, you agree to immediately contact 911 or seek help from a licensed medical provider or appropriate facility. Life coaching is not designed to address crises or urgent mental health needs, and we cannot provide immediate intervention in such cases.

By using the services provided by Charlie Hornes Coaching Studio, you accept and understand these terms and are responsible for seeking the care of mental health professionals when necessary.
